The First Post
So, here it is at last! My blog. It’s only taken about 3 years to get here after I had the idea of putting a few articles and grumbles online so everyone can enjoy (or suffer) it! Unfortunately, I’m too much of a perfectionist and I like to take care of all the details myself. Not having much spare time didn’t help – nor the fact that I am a terrible graphics designer (it’s a black art, I’m sure of it).
The big breakthrough came when I discovered WordPress – a wonderful piece of software and all the themes and plugins I could ever want. After that it was easy.
Of course, there are still a few niggles to sort out – and then I can get down to the everyday process of adding posts and content and dealing with the vast numbers of comments and stuff from my readers (well, I can dream can’t I?).
